Product Description

Shin Etsu MicroSi Thermal Interface Material X-23-8079-2 (5W/m.K) 3g

Shin-Etsu Silicone Thermal Grease: This silicone fluid compound contains thermally-conductive fillers. With a high thermal conductivity value, this product emphasizes high bulk thermal conductivity values and ease of workability. The smaller diameter filler allows the material to achieve thinner bondlines. Ideally suited for CPU's and applications where mating surfaces have minimally uneven surfaces.

Syringe application: Shin-Etsu MicroSi's syringes are ideal for manual applications assuring that a consistent shot weight is applied to the intended surface. Shin-Etsu MicroSi's SQC processes provide a consistent dispense weight with each syringe.

I found a very obscure part here that the mfg. themselves didn't offer individually. Thank you so much.

Solid website, easy to navigate. Smooth transition from picking products > cart > information/payment. I didn’t browse much as I was here for something specific, but there appears to be a lot of product which I’ll surely be browsing soon.

You guys are the best in the business! I will always buy your products as long as you keep up the quality and love of the craft I've seen so far! On the actual delivery, FedEx delivery in Northern Sweden is an absolute farse. They use two sub-contractors and the ones actually delivering the package literally looked me in the eye as he drove by before I got a notification that they couldn't deliver that day. When I called the first sub-contractor to FedEx to put pressure on the delivery guy, he arrived a few minutes later and said he didn't even have my package in the car when he drove past (and reported he couldn't deliver because "I was unreachable"). FedEx use Lastbilsstation.se as their main subcontractor, who in turn use JetPak. JetPak is absolutely horrid. My suggestion for delivery in the Scandinavian countries would be PostNord, they suck, but not as bad. Regardless, I will still buy products from ModDIY as there simply isn't a company with better products, customer service (shoutout to Carrie, absolute legend!), and love of the craft. Next time though, I'll ensure that what I order is less urgent so the FedEx shenanigans won't affect me as much. 10/5 stars for ModDIY 0,5/5 stars for the delivery
