LUNAR NEW YEAR HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENT

Thank you very much for coming to MODDIY.

Please note that most factories and vendors are closed during Lunar New Year (Feb 6 to Feb 26). If your orders involve custom items (e.g. custom cables which you can choose color/length), or products that are sold-out, they will be shipped out after Feb 27 on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our office will be closed from Feb 14 to Feb 20. Live chat and email support during this period will be limited.

UPDATES ON OFFICE RESUMPTION AND POSSIBLE DELAYS IN ORDER PROCESSING

Our operations will resume on Feb 27, and we are working diligently to process all backlog orders received during the holiday. We expect to clear and ship these orders within 1-2 weeks.

For new orders placed after Feb 27, most will be processed and shipped as usual. However, orders involving custom items (such as custom cables with selectable color or length) will experience delays.

Please note that overall order processing may take longer than usual due to the backlog. We kindly ask that you place custom orders only if you are comfortable with the extended lead time.

We anticipate that operations will return to normal with rapid processing by mid‑March. Thank you for your patience and continued support.
