The shopping experience survey shouldn't be done immediately after buying as I haven't received my order yet. However, so far my shopping experience has been great - no hiccups.
And now that I've received the product and already applied it to my laptop, I have nothing but praise for the product. It works as expected and is getting better as they days go buy indicating it was the genuine article.
