This mount is really well made, and comes with all the screws and standoffs you will need. Very sturdy and it looks amazing too! This is for mATX motherboards, but if you have the very newest kind of them, it's missing a place for an additional screw. It works perfectly without it with not even a slight issue, it is just worth noting. Very much worth every penny.
