ESD bags also known as anti static bags, ESD safe bags or static shielding bags are the primary method of packaging ICs, circuit boards and delicate electronic products against static electricity. General purpose ESD bags are most widely used. They are also known as Metal in shielding bags because the metal shield is buried between two plastic layers. ESD bags comply with MIL-PRF-81705D, EIA 625, EIA 541, ANSI/ESD S-20.20.

Static shielding bag contains four layers, including static dissipative polyester outer layer, aluminum shielding middle layer and anti-static polyethylene inner layaer.

Application : widely used for packing PC board , computer main board , sound card , VGA card, network card and static sensitive electronic devices.

This kind of bag can keep components sensitive to static away from the potential static danger to the largest extent. Its special four-layer structure can create an inductive cover to separate the goods inside from the static field.  Furthermore, the inner layer is made from polyethylene or polypropylene which can avoid static generation inside the bag. In addition, this kind of hot seal bag is translucent, so the goods inside can be easily recognized from outside. It’s surface resistance is ≤108—1010Ω. 
This product can also be printed with characters, image and trademark according to customers’ requirements under the condition that it does not impinge the intellectual property of others. It helps to promote the image of enterprise.

    All was great. Delivery didn't take a long. PTM 7950 and 7958 works well. Temps are normal. Until now the paste isn't escaped. Best solution for laptops with heavy heatsink with 3 screws on each crystal, where usual paste pumps out or making air pockets with time. Putty also looks OK.
