    Disclaimer to the feedback. The sites navigation could be clearer and more intuitive and my experience was somewhat seamless this time because I've had already been to this site when pricing the cable.     Great customer service; switched from AI to a person when requested and the representative, Carrie, went through all of my questions and gave me various options for each. They didn't push me towards things that were higher cost, which is a *huge* plus, because, while there are certainly machines being modded without a budget, much of the modding community is just trying to make the best out of what they have. Also, some of the products they have are quite novel solutions, such as a 180 degree U turn for your CPU power.

    This experience has been nothing but awesome, the night I ordered it was a Sunday but an hour later I had to change something , so I wrote an email and hour after that on a Sunday no less I got a reponse from Carrie asking what my issue was I told her she fixed it that night that is awesome customer service great communication and then I got my order in less than 2 weeks from China to USA In less than 2 weeks that is great from start to finish thanks again.
