Wonderful to find a rather obscure cooling fan adapter cable for my HPE ProLiant ML30 Gen9!

Fast, accurate, efficient. The only issue is that the cable caused a motherboard overheating and a shutdown. I hjave to return it to you for a refund. Where should it be returned?

Shopping experience was great, we’ll see the product I receive before I’d really recommend you. But I’m very hopeful.

So far I'm quite ok with waiting for 2-3 weeks but for free.

Great customer service; switched from AI to a person when requested and the representative, Carrie, went through all of my questions and gave me various options for each. They didn't push me towards things that were higher cost, which is a *huge* plus, because, while there are certainly machines being modded without a budget, much of the modding community is just trying to make the best out of what they have. Also, some of the products they have are quite novel solutions, such as a 180 degree U turn for your CPU power.

Very happy with the webstore, easy to find what I wanted. Shopping from Australia and the postage is quite a bit more than the total of my products ordered, but I need it asap, let's see how this turns out

Quick and easy. The diagrams of the connector ends make it super easy to figure out exactly what you need even if you do not know the name of the connector.
