    The shopping experience survey shouldn't be done immediately after buying as I haven't received my order yet. However, so far my shopping experience has been great - no hiccups. And now that I've received the product and already applied it to my laptop, I have nothing but praise for the product.     I contacted customer service about a product that wasnt even on the website. I had looked everywhere for this particular dual panel mount bracket but to no avail. Shockingly customer service replied back VERY QUICKLY and not only did they have my missing bracket they offered it at the same exact price as a single mount bracket. Im SUPER happy :)
