I was sattisfied with the pricing and the item delivered. The only issue i had was with the shipping as i have been demoted to slower shipping method because faster method wasnt available for my country and i wasnt warned about it during the shipping selection (the shipping method was selectable when it wasnt applicable to my country).

I had a delay & the cart cleared completely from my account - so maybe you could design the cart not to clear so fast? 24 hours maybe?
