    I purchased some ptm7950 from the shop and when it arrived it looked like it had a fair bit of holes in it. It appeared to be in a plastic case of sorts so I don't believe it was damaged in shipping. When I reached out to have it returned or replaced I didn't hear back.

    I contacted customer service about a product that wasnt even on the website. I had looked everywhere for this particular dual panel mount bracket but to no avail. Shockingly customer service replied back VERY QUICKLY and not only did they have my missing bracket they offered it at the same exact price as a single mount bracket. Im SUPER happy :)
