This cable allows motherboards with non-standard intel front panel (F_PANEL) headers to be used with computer cases that only connect to standard front panel motherboard headers.

For example, some new computer cases no longer ship with the relevant adapters you need to connect their cases with older motherboards.

Newer cases often only come with front panel connections that are compatible with 'standard intel front panel headers' that you find on newer motherboards. Those connections are not compatible with the front panel headers on older motherboards.

    It was simple, clear, and I like that there are pictures to show what the different type cables look like. I will, depending on my experience once the product arrives, definitely recommend this as a shopping site for custom cables. I needed a new power cable for a RTX5090 because the "Show Model" didn't have it's cable that came in the box for some reason.

    Thank goodness for Moddiy! They had a part that I needed but was unable to source locally. Even though the order was placed in the US (I'm in Australia), shipping occurred from out of Hong Kong, so was both inexpensive and relatively quick to arrive.
